Open a new image fill with white

New layer fill with paper of choice mask new layer

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Open double frame with ribbon

copy raster1paste as new layer on top of mask resize.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame merge frame

and paper layers together visable

drop shaddow move towards top of mask see mine for details.

Copy copy of raster1 resize paste as new layer on top of raster1.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame merge frame and paper layers together visable

drop shaddow frame move up to other frame again

see mine for placement and details.

Copy and paste copy of merged on top of bottom frame resize

place as mine drop shaddow. copy and paste merged

place as mine drop shaddow.

Resize ribbon1paste as mine on top of top frame drop shaddow.

duplicate image rotate place down side of top frame.

Resize glitter ornament paste as new layer on top of mask

place under bottom centre of frame dropshaddow

duplicate twice place to left and to right of frame see mine for details

rotate were needed.

Resize raster 2 of glitter ornament paste

as new layer inside top frame drop shaddow.

Open framebow1 copy and paste bow as new layer

place to top left corner of top frame.

Resize image13 paste as new layer place on top of bottom right

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Open wordart edit copy bottom merged layer paste to top right of frame

selections select all selections float selections defloat

flood fill to colour of choice drop shaddow

i duplicate mine twice to make it stand out more.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer plac

e to right of top frame drop shaddow.

Add name i used Vivaldi font place to bottom of tubes feet drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
