Font of choice i used Brazil on caps.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white.

New layer fillwith paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Paste frame3 on top of mask drop shaddow.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

towards bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element11 paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element15 paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Open element8 paste as new layer place to bottom of tube dropshaddow.

Add wordart wanna lick i used Vivaldi font

place to top right of frame i added a gradient glow and drop shaddow.

Add name place on top of element8 i used Brazil font

added gradient glow without drop shaddow.

I added a few sparkles on top of the frame paper.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visables.

Save as PNG.
