Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

New layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by6 paste paper of choice

select none drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Activate frame layer click in centre

resize star trail paste as new layer place to own liking

erase what stars you don't want repeat till you have enough.Select none.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right and bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower1 paste as new layer place to left of frame

drop shaddow use deformation tool to adjust and rotate.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place on top

but underneath flower1 drop shaddow.

Open wordart paste as new layer place to top of frame.

Add name i used Andalus on caps drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
