New layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize element38 paste as new layer on top of mask

selections select all selections float selections defloat

new layer change to colour of choice delete original frame.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer.

Activate frame layer magic wand click in small parts

surounding frame selections modify exspand by5

Resize element86 paste as new layer place to top of frame inside

drop shaddow duplicate place to your liking see mine for details.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
