Font of choice i used Algerian.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

New layer fillwith paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mas merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice select none drag below frame layer i gave mine a weave effect.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rose1 paste as new layer image rotate 90% to right

drop shaddow place on hand erase parts over fingers.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer place on top of frame bow drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place to top left corner of frame dropshaddow.

Resize clip paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize wire heart paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add wordart of choice rotate place on top of heart notelet dropshaddow.

Resize swag paste as new layer place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add name i used Algerian font place on bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
