Font of choice i used Algerian.

Open new image fill with white.

New layer fill with colour of choice i gave mine a blinds texture effect.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask

selections modify exspand by5 new layer fill with colour of choice

i used foreground red background black change background to gradient.

Selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer to left inside frame drop shaddow.

Resize pendant paste as new layer place to left top corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower paste as new layer place on top of pendant drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly1paste as new layer on top of flower rotate drop shaddow.

Resize blossom paste as new layer place to left bottom of frame

drop shaddow duplicate image mirror image flip place beneath first blossom.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer rotate slightly drop shaddow

place on top of blossom.

Resize rose paste as new layer drop shaddow place to right of blossom.

Resize heart paste as new layer place to and right and on top of rose drop shaddow.

Resize little bag paste as new layer place to right and on top of heart drop shaddow.

Resize padlock paste as new layer place to right and under little bag drop shaddow.

Add name i used Algerian font drop shaddow place to top of frame.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
