Font of choice i used Vovaldi.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize ribbon frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard select none drop shaddow frame.

Activate frame layer click centre of frame

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Paste tube again drag above frame selections tool cut bottom of tube away.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer drop shaddow place to bottom of frame.

Resize embelishment paste as new layer place top left corner of frame drop shaddow

duplicate image flip.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Duplicate resize place beneath first flower.

Resize butterfly paste as new layer place on top of flowers drop shaddow rotate.

Resize corset paste as new layer place beneath flowers drop shaddow.

Resize jewel heart paste as new layer place on top of corset drop shaddow rotate.

Resize shoe paste as new layer place on top botoom of corset drop shaddow.

Resize rose paste as new layer place on bottom of corset drop shaddow rotate

duplicate resize place on top of other rose erase stems.

Resize ring paste as new layer place on top of roses but under shoe drop shaddow.

Add name i used Vivaldi font and a drop shaddow place to bottom left of frame.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.Save as PNG.
