Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

I gave mine a blinds effect. Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.

Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre of frame

Resize diamond trail paste as new layer selections invert

delete on keyboard select none drop shaddow drag below frame.

Resize tube of choice drop shaddow place on top of frame use selection tool to cut off

overlapping parts at the bottom.

Resize doodle paste as new layer on top of mask

place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate

image flip place to bottom right corner of frame duplicate

image rotate place bottom of frame.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer place to top left corner of frame

drop shaddow, resize flower4 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place on top of flower3 duplicate flower3 place on top of flower 4.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer drop shaddow image mirror

place on top of flowers.

Resize corset paste as new layer rotate place bottom left of frame.

Resize wire heart tag paste as new layer rotate slightly drop shaddow place on top of corset.

Make it look like she is holding it her hand by erasing part of hand.

Add wordart of choice on top of tag, i added Piece of me drop shaddow.

Resize heart ribbon3 paste as new layer rotate slightly place on top of heart tag

try not to hide your wordart drop shaddow.

Resize padlock paste as new layer place on top of heart ribbon rotate drop shaddow.

Resize candle paste as new layer on top of bottom of corset but under other

elements see mine for details drop shaddow duplicate resize place alongside first candle.

Resize coursage paste as new layer place on top of botoom of frame drop shaddow

i rotated mine to the right.

rotate erase part of stems.Resize pendant1 paste as new layer

Add name i used Vivaldi font, place to bottom right of frame i rotated mine

gave it a gradient glow and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
