Font of choice i used Calibri.

Open new image fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable

I gave mine a blinds effect.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click centre of frame

selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice drag below frame layer dop shaddow frame.

Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre of frame

resize raindrops paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

select none drop shaddow frame.

Copy and paste tube of choice place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize hummingbird paste as new layer

place to top left corner of frame drop shaddow image mirror.

Resize branch paste as new layer place under and

to left side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tulip2 paste as new layer place on top of branch

rotate drop shaddow

Resize tuplip paste as new layer place on top of tulip2

rotate drop shaddow erase stem showing.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place to bottom of flowers

drop shaddow rotate.

Resize butterfly paste as new layer place on top of flowers

drop shaddow rotate.

Resize dragonfly paste as new layer place also on flowers

drop shaddow rotate.

Resize pendant paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tags paste as new layer place to bottom of tube

drop shaddow, add wordart i added Hugz drop shaddow rotate.

add name font of choice place on bottom tag drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background save as PNG.
