Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

Open a new image 700x700 fill white new layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections modify by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer.

Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame

selections modify by1 paste tube of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard select none image mirror

drop shaddow drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Copy paste main tube paste as new layer resize

place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tags paste as new layer rotate place to bottom left of tube

drop shaddow add word of of choice i did kool summer

drop shaddow in pink Resize butterfly1 rotate flip place in top

right corner of tags drop shaddow.

Resize heart place just on top of tube of right leg drop shaddow.

Resize flower pot paste as new layer

place on top of heart drop shaddow.

Resize little bag paste as new layer rotate place on top of tags

and heart drop shaddow.

Resize bee paste as new layer place on top of heart drop shaddow.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place on top of

frame bow rotate drop shaddow.

Resize daisy1 paste as ne layer place to top right corner of frame

dropshaddow resize daisy2 paste as new layer place under frame

to left of flower1 dropshaddow duplicate flower1

resize place to right of flower2 duplicate flower2 resizeplace to left of flower1.

Resize butterfly paste as new layer place on top of flowersimage mirror rotate.

Add name place to right bottom of frame rotate drop shaddow.

add url copywrite and watermark close off white background

merge other layers visable save as PNG.
