Font of choice i used Angel.

Open new image 700x700 fill with white

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspznd by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.

Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame

selections modify exspand by1

Paste as new layer your tube of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

paste tube again drag above frame layer drops haddow selection tool

cut away bottom of tube drop shaddow frame.

Resize butterfly2d paste as new layer place

to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow rotate slightly.

Resize flower8c paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate

place to the left side of first flower duplicate image mirror

image flip do this with both flowers.

Resize heart pendant13c paste as new layer place

to left side of frame drop shaddow.

Add wordart i used naughty gradient glow.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow

i gave mine a gradient glow and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
