Font of choice i used Fiolex Girls.

Open new image 700x700 fill with white

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

select none drop shaddow frame.

Paste tube of choice as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow use selection tool to cot

overlapping part to bottom of tube.

Resize heart pendant21 paste as new layer place

top top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize keyhole heart22 paste as new layer place

just under heart pendant drop shaddow.

Resize white heart24 paste as new layer place

on top of hand rotate slightly drop shaddow

erase a small part of finger add wordart.

Resize flower12 paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow

Resize flower17 paste as new layer place

to right of flower 12 drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of frame i gave mine a

gradient glow and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background

Save as PNG.
