Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

Open template delete credits layer.

My method for filling all layers of template...

Highlight layer you want to fill selections select all

selections float selections defloat

Fill with paper of choice delete original grey scale layer.

To fill with a colour, repeat above but make a new layer before filling.

To fill the Babe wordart...

Repeat above but fill with part or parts of tube.

Highlight centre circle selections modify exspand by5

Resize diamonds paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

Paste tube again drop shaddow drag to top.

Once happy how your template looks

close off white background merge other layers visable

set aside till later.

Open new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Back to your template edit copy paste as new layer

on top of mask you just created drop shaddow template.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place on every other bar going accross template see mine for details.

Paste as a new layer xeracx purple wordart

place to top of template drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of template i gave mine a purple drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
