Font of choice i used Andalus.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 resize paste romantic skyline as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard dropshaddow frame.

Resize old clock paste as new layer place

on top of skyline layer drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame

use selection tool to cut away overlapping tube at the bottom drop shaddow.

Resize key paste as new layer place on top of tube hand

dropshaddow erase part on top of had to make it look like she

is holding key in hand rotate i duplicated mine to make it show up more.

Resize champagne bottle paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize candle1 paste as new layer place

in front of champagne bottle drop shaddow.

Resize flute paste as new layer place

other side of champagne bottle drop shaddow.

Resize rose paste as new layer image mirror place

alongside flute drop shaddow erase stem.

Resize flowers2 paste as new layer place

on top bottom of rose drop shaddow erase stem

duplicate image mirror place alongside of other flower2.

Resize daisy1 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize daisy2 paste as new layer place on top of daisy1 drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly3 paste as new layer place

on top of flowers rotate slightly drop shaddow.

Add wordart Night passion with font of choice

drop shaddow place to top left of frame.

Add name place to bottom of frame i gave mine a gradient glow and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
