Font of choice i used Black Chancery.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame41 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click centre of frame selection

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.

Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre of frame

selections modify exspand by2

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard.

Paste tube again drag above frame drop shaddow

use selection tool to cut bottom part of tube

used eraser tool to erase other part of flowers.

Resize element55 paste as new layer place

down right of frame dropshaddow.

Resize butterfly77 paste as new layer image mirror

place on top of flowers drop shaddow.

Resize heart pendant33 paste as new layer

place to top left of frame drop shaddow

erase top part to show stems of frame.Resize butterfly78 paste as new layer place

on top of bottom left frame flowers drop shaddow.

Resize flower8 paste as new layer place

on top right of frame flowers drop shaddow.

Resize envelope and note14 paste as new layer place

bottom right corner of frame under flower8

drop shaddow rotate add wordart on top of envelope drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow

i gave mine a gradient glow and dropshaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
