Open new image 700x700 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize heart frame12 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in centre of frame

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice.

Selections invert delete on keyboard.

Drag below frame layer select none.

Activate frame layer selections modify expand by1

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer image mirror

Selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame layer layer palette change blend mode to luminance.

Drop shaddow frame.

Open main tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower25 paste as new layer place

to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower27 paste as new layer place

just under flower25 drop shaddow.

Resize heart pendant38 paste as new layer place

on top of flower25 drop shaddow.

Resize notepad33paste as new layer place

below and under left of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Resize flower spray63 paste as new layer place

on top of notepad drop shaddow rotate.

Duplicate image mirror place behind tubes leg.

Resize heart ribbon pendant78 paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame erase any overlapping drop shaddow.

Open diamond copy and paste one over each

stud on frame ribbon drop shaddow.

Add name place below frame drop shaddow.

Add url and copywrite.

Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
