Open my template delete credit layer.

Method for paper filling template layers...

Highlight the layer you want to fill elections

select all selections float selections defloat

fill paper of choice. I colourized 2 of mine.

For colour only filling...

Highlight layer you want to fill selections

select all selection float selections defloat

New layer fill with colour of choice.

I left all my frame suroundings black.

For the stalker wordart Change foreground clouor to white

background colour to black then change background

colour to gradient.

Higlight starker wordart selections

select all selections float selections defloat

Fill with your gradient you just made above.

Higlight top left circle frame magic wand click in centre of frame

Activate frame again magic wand click centre of frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer i mirrored mine

drop shaddow selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Activate background layer image resize canvas size

Enlarge big enogh to put your name on the top.

Click on transparent part fill with white.

Add name place to top left of template drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

New layer Paste paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Crop then highlight wordart layer duplicate twice.

Name 1.2.3 Close off 2 and 3 highlight 1 colours

adjust brightness and contrast.

( you may have to play about with the settings to get it as you like )

change brightness to 20 contrast 0

Edit copy merged into animation shop as new image.

Back to psp close off 1 highlight2 colours adjust

brightness and contrast change brightness to 35 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp close2 highlight 3 colours adjust brightness and contrast

change brightness to 50 edit copy merged past in animation shop

after current frame. View animation if happy with your tag save it.
