Font of choice i used Nyala.
I colourized some of my elements to compliment my tube.
File new 700x700 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize clock 02 paste as new layer on top f mask.
Magic wand click centre of clock selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard select none.
drag below clock layer.
Activate clock layer magic wand click in centre
selections modify exspand by1.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
in centre of clock selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below clock.
Activate clock magic wand click on transparent centre parts
selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below tube layer.
Activate tube layer go to layer palette
change blend mode to luminance.
Drop shaddow clock.
Resize frame5 paste as new layer place on top of clock layer
use deformation tool to adjust just outside of clock drop shaddow.
Resize main tube of choice paste as new layer place
to right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower19 paste as new layer place
to bottom left of tube drop shaddow
duplicate place on top and next to first flower resize.
Duplicate first flower again place to right and under tube.
Resize pendant15 paste as new layer place
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize butterfly13b paste as new layer place
on top of flowers drop shaddow.
Use preset shapes ellipse draw circle just outside of frame
Add wordart to top of frame drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layer visable.
Save as PNG.
