Font of choice i used PMingLiU-ExtB.

File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click inside frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

I gave mine tramages tow the line effect.

select none drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Highlight frame layer resize tube of choice paste as new layer

to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Erase overlapping along bottom of tube and over small

left bottom frame screw.

Resize hearts1 paste as new layer place

to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize hearts2 paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow erase overlapping heart to the left of frame.

Add name place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copy merged into animation shop as new image duplicate twice.

Open bling delete 1st.black frame edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st.frame of tag edit select all edit paste into selected frame

place to top right of frame.

Repeat again place below 1st. set of bling.

Wiew aninmation save your work.
