Font of choice MC Sweetie Hearts.
File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize Letter35 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in transparent part of letter selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert
delete on keyboard select none drag below letter layer.
Highlight letter layer magic wand click on paper fill
resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom of
transparent part drop shaddow selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below letter layer drop shaddow frame.
Resize flower2 paste as new layer under tube to top
right corner of letter drop shaddow.
Resize flower spray paste as new layer place
to bottom centre of letter drop shaddow lightly.
Resize wordart paste as new layer place
to top centre of letter light drop shaddow.
Add name place to left on top of letter rotate.
Add url copywrite and water mark.
Resize crop merge all layers flatten edit copy paste as new image.
Open tiny star in animation shop file export frames to pictube name it.
Back to psp click on picture tube tool find your tiny star resize to 80
Add as many tiny stars to both tags you just made
Highlight 1st frame edit copy paste in animation shop as new image
back to psp highlight 2nd frame edit copy paste in animation shop
sfter current frame. View animation save your work.
