Font of choice i used Modern no.2.

File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

I added more stars from natural sparkle plugin.

Resize frame14 paste as new layer on top of mask. Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.

Highlight frame click in centre magic wand

resize tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer selections invert

delete on keyboard select none drag below frame

layer palette change blend mode to luminance drop shaddow frame.

Resize bow16 paste as new layer place

to centre top of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize heart pin 40 paste as new layer place

to bottom right corner of frame rotate drop shaddow erase small part on pin.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rose28 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly38 paste as new layer place

on top of rose rotate drop shaddow.

Resize fan33 paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of frame image mirror rotate slightly drop shaddow.

Add wordart place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place just below fan drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
