Font of choice i used Stencil.
File new600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre of tiny hearts
on the top right of frame selections modify exspand by5
new layer fill with black select none drag below frame
drop shaddow frame.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre of frame
selections modify Resize tube of choice paste as new layer
selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame layer paste tube again drag on top of frame layer
drop shaddow erase overlapping parts at bottom of frame.
Resize bow2 paste as new layer place
to bottom centre of frame drop shaddow.
Resize heart pendant paste as new layer place
to top left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize rose paste as new layer place
to top of heart pendant drop shaddow.
Resize torn heart paste as new layer place
on top of heart pendant rotate drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom right of bow drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background layer
merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
