File new from image 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand

click in centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

below bottom of frame drop shadow.

Resize present6 paste as new layer place

to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tag1 paste as new layer place

on top bottom of present drop shaddow rotate.

Resize letter2 paste as new layer place

to left of tag2 drop shaddow rotate.

Resize flower jar7 paste as new layer place

on top left of letter2 drop shaddow.

Resize heart13 paste as new layer place

down right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flowers17 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of flower jar drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background layer.

Merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
