File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame6 paste as new layer on top of mask rotate.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard select none drag below frame

i gave mine tramages tow the line effect drop shaddow frame.

Resize plate1 paste as new layer on top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer place

to bottom centre of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place

on top of 1st bow make it slightly smaller drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower5 paste as new layer place

to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower6 paste as new layer place on top of

1st flower make it slightly smaller drop shaddow.

Duplicate flower6 place on top bottom of flowers 5and 6

duplicate flower5 place on top of flower6

adjust so bottom flower is slightly bigger than top flower.

Resize butterfly paste as new layer place

on top of flowers drop shaddow.

Add name place down left side of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
