Font of choice i used Verdana.
File new 600x650 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask.
Open the filled heart from supplies edit copy paste as new layer
on top left of mask. Resize tube of choice
paste as new layer on top of heart.
Lower opacity and erase as close as you can the overlapping
tube on the heart.
Open the heart from supplies paste as new layer on top of tube.
Again erase any overlapping of tube.
Open main blue heart and heart edit copy heart on top of
main blue heart drop shaddow.
Use freehand tool draw as carefully as you can
around the hands of your tube edit copy paste
line up with the hands on your tag so her hands are on top of hearts.
place to the left under and over filled heart see mine for details
drop shaddow both main blue heart and heart.
Resize main tube paste as new layer image mirror place
on top of hearts and to left of them drop shaddow.
Resize red wordart paste as new layer place
on top right of hearts drop shaddow rotate.
Resize clear hearts paste as new layer on top and towards top of
hearts erase any you do not want showing.
Resize blue bow paste as new layer place
to bottom centre of filled heart drop shaddow.
Resize single heart paste as new layer
on top of blue bow drop shaddow.
Resize single red heart paste as new layer place
on top right bottom of tube drop shaddow rotate.
Resize medium blue flower paste as new layer place
on top single red heart to left of it drop shaddow.
Duplicate single rted heart place on top of medium blue flower
drop shaddow and rfesize again rotate.
Resize small blue flower paste as new layer place
on top of single red heart drop shaddow.
Duplicate main blue heart resize paste as new layer place
under medium blue flower rotate.
Duplicate heart resize place on top of duplicated main blue heart.
Resize heart box paste as new layer place on top bottom
left of tube drop shaddow duplicate blue bow resize
image flip place on top of heart box duplicate single heart resize place
on top of blue bow on heart box.
Resize luvu paste as new layer place below blue bow
at bottom of filled heart drop shaddow rotate.
Add name place beneath luvu drop shaddow rotate.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.
