Resize1 paste as new layer magic wand

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre

resize close up tube of choice paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

Layer palette change blend mode to luminance.

Resize pendant10a paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Paste tube of choice as new layer place

to righ of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower6b paste as new layer place

to bottom right leg of tube drop shaddow.

Resize flower5a paste as new layer place

to left under flower6b drop shaddow.

Resize tag8a paste as new layer place

to left under flower5a rotate drop shaddow.

Open wordart paste as new layer on top of tag.

Use prest shapes tool draw ellipse around frame

see my labels how to do?.

Add name around ellipse drop shaddow.

I ste my text size on 26 to 28 depends how big ellipse is.

Add url copywrite and watermark resize.

Highlight ellipe with your name on it layer.

Image rotate 15% left edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image.

back to psp rotate 15%left edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat same rotation pasting after current frame

for two times more you should now have 4 frames.

Animation frame properties change disply time

from 10 to 35 view animation save your work.
