New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask
merge mask visable.
Resize frame17 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify
exspand by5 paste paper of choice as new layer
selections invert delete on keyboard add weave effect
drop shaddow frame.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
to bootom of frame erase overlapping parts
see mine for details.
Resize flower32 paste as new layer place
to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower38 paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize fan26 paste as new layer place
to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow rotate.
Resize tag39 paste as new layer place on top left of fan
drop shaddow image mirror open wordart paste
on top of tag add name place on tag drop shaddow.
Resize box51 paste as new layer place
to left of tag drop shaddow.
Resize box30 paste as new layer place
on left pf box51 drop shaddow.
Resize flower spray53 paste as new layer place
to on top of frame bow but under boxes drop shaddow
duplicate image mirror.
Resize flower49 paste as new layer place
on top of first box drop shaddow rotate.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background
merge all other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
