File new 600x650 fill with white. New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Highlight frame selections modify exspand by 5

resize raindrop1 paste as new layer drag below frame

select none drop shaddow.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize swirls blings91 and 2 paste as new layers place to top left

corner of mask image mirror drop shaddow erase what you

do not want showing repeat with the other blingResize doodle2

paste as new layer rotae drop shaddow place to left

of frame on top of mask duplicate image mirror

again erase what you don't want showing.

Resize blin12 paste as new layer place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize buttons 1 2 and3 paste as new layers

drop shaddow as you go place and arrange to your liking to

bottom left corner of frame.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
