Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize paper of choice paste as new layer.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top of paper

cut off overlapping paper outside of tube frame close all layers

but leave tube frame and paper fill layer open

merge these two layers visable drop shaddow.

Move to right of frame.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer place to left

of tube frame magic wand click in centre selections

modify expand by3 paste paper of choice as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

drop shaddow frame.

Resize fan paste as new layer place on top of

tube hand drop shaddow rotate erase part to show tube thumb.

Resize piano paste as new layer place on top bottom

of left frame drop shaddow.

Resize champagne paste as new layer place

on top bottom left of piano drop shaddow.

Resize champagne glass paste as new layer place

to right of champagne drop shaddow rotate

use freehand tool draw around wine in glass add noise effect

duplicate image move place on top of 1st glass.

Resize rose4 paste as new layer place to right og glasses

drop shaddow rotate.

Resize daisys2 paste as new layer place to

bottom left corner of tube frame drop shaddow.

Resize stone necklace paste as new layer place under

all bottom elements drop shaddow erase parts

you do not want showing see mine for details.

Add name place to bottom of tube frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
