Font of choice i used Legal Tender.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

I gave mine contalation and weave effects.

Open extras2 cut round frame dit copy paste as new layer

on top of mask resize magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by5 paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by5 resize tube of choice paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Paste tube again line it up with 1st tube drag above frame

drop shaddow use selection tool cut away bottom of tube.

Cut the notelet from extra's2 paste as new layer

resize place to top left corner pf frame drag below tube

drop shaddow rotate add wordart of choice.

cut the basket from extra's2 paste as new layer resize

place to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Cut butterfly from extra's2 paste as new layer

resize paste as new layer on top bottom right of basket

drop shaddow rotate.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
