Font of choice i used Diamond Gothic.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask select and apply mask

merge mask visable.

Resize step into the dark paste as new later magic wand

click in centre of both frames selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drop shaddow frame.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre line of frame

new layer fill with colour of choice select none

drag below frame.

Resize cross paste as new layer place in 1st frame

Eye candy gradient glow or white drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom of 2nd frame drop shaddow.

Resize florish7 paste as new layer place to top of 1st frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart2 paste as new layer place to bottom

1st frame drop shaddow move under tube.

Resize candle4 paste as new layer place to left

bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize pendant paste as new layer place to top right

corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Add name place just below bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
