Font of choice i used Stencil.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre don't forget the small parts

selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drop shaddow frame.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

on top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly6 paste as new layer place

on top of flowers image mirror rotate drop shaddow.

Resize tag4 paste as new layer place bottom left

of tube drop shaddow rotate add wordart from supplies.

Resize tag3 paste as new layer place to right of tag4

drop shaddow add wordart from supplies.

Add name place to top left of tube drop shaddow

move under frame.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
