Edit copy paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

drag below frame select none highlight frame magic wand

resize ele29 paste as new layer selections invert

Add a few tiny stars to paper fill of frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.
