File new 600 by 650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask.

Merge mask layer visable.

Resize lace frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame layer select none.

Add Tramages tow the line plugin effect.

High light frame layer magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by5 Resize tube of choice

paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer

paste tube again line up with one underneath use selection tool

cut away overlapping of tube at bottom of frame.

Drop shaddow both tube and frame.

Resize rose1 paste as new layer image mirror place

to left inside of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize gift box2 paste as new layer place to bottom right

of frame colourize drop shaddow.

Resize brach1 paste as new layer rotate place to

on top right of gift box and under bow drop shaddow duplicate

place on top bottom of 1st. branch.

Open Card magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selctions invert delete on keyboard

drag below card layer select none.

High light card layer magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by5 resize tube of choice image mirror

paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below card layer drop shaddow card merge layers visable.

Resize paste as new layer place to left bottom of tag frame rotate.

Resize butterfly pin2 paste as new layer place to top right corner

of card drop shaddow rotate.

Paste love wordart on top right of card.

Resize ribbon hearts paste as new layer place on bottom of card drop shaddow.

Paste wordart place to top of of frame.

Add name place to bottom left of bow drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Delete white background layer merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
