Font of choice i used Armalite Rifle.

File new 600x650 fill with white.

Resize frame paste as new layer center of file.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard select none drag below frame

drop shaddow frame.

Paste tube of choice place in center of frame drop shaddow.

Resize note paste as new layer place under frame

to top left of frame drop shaddow add short wordart of own choice

or same as mine on top of note paper.

Resize accent paste as new layer place to top right

of frame and under frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror image flip.

resize rope paste as new layer place to bottom left corner

of frame drop shaddow erase part to show thumb on tube.

Resize flowers2 paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place just under feet of tube drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layer visable.

Save as PNG.
