File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask.

New from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

I gave mine a noise effect.

Resize frame55 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5.

Paste paper of choice selections inver delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame.

Highlight frame selections modify exspand by5

Resize close up tube paste as new layer selections invert

delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer

layer palette change blend mode to soft light.

Highlight frame layer selections modify exspand by5

resize star trail63 paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flowers 73 and 74 paste as new layers image flip drop shaddow

place and arrange to bottom of tube erase part you don't want showing.

Resize flowers 34 and 35 paste as new layers drop shaddow

Place one on top of the other to left top of frame.

Resize butterfly61 image flip paste as new layer rotate

place on top of flowers of the top of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
