Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable duplictate.

Resize butterfly3 twice by 75 percentage of original.

Apply Muras coppies set on encircle on number7

all other setting on default.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by5 new layer fill with black selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer.

Add psp effects texture weave set on

2.21.17.weave and fill colour light pink.Filled gaps ticked.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center selections

modify exspand by1 resize tube of choice

paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer palette

change opacity to 70.

Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower1 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

on top of left hand of tube Use freehand tool

draw round left hand of tube copy resize paste as new layer

on top of other tube hand.

Duplicate flower1 4 times place and arrange 2 on top

right of 1st flower, and 1 on each side under tube.

Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copy merged paste in animation shop

as new image duplicate 3 times.

I used speed time on 25.

Highlight 1st.frame of your butterfly edit select all

edit copy highlight 1st.frame of your tag edit select all

edit paste in selected frame place to bottom left corner.

View animation save as.
