Font of choice i used Space marine.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame6 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in center middle frame and the tiny blanks

in them lol, selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center of middle frame

selections modify exspand by2 resize tube of choice

paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none paste tube again

lign it up with 1st tube drop shaddow drag above 1st tube

use selection tool cut away overlapping of tube at the bottom.

For the middle frame i used a colour from my tube added psp blinds effect.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center of 1st and last frame selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Highlight 1st frame magic wand click in center

selections modify exspand by2 open tube image mirror

paste as new layer place in center of frame rotate slightly

drop shaddow.selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none layer palette change

blend mode to luminance repeat same for the last frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize flower6 paste as new layer place

top left corner of 1st frame drop shaddow duplicate place

to top right of last frame.

Resize letters paste as new layer place bottom left of 1st frame drop shaddow rotate.

Resize marine wordart paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Add name place to top left of tube rotate add

eyecandy4 gradient glow set on fat size 3 white.

Add normal drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
