File new 600x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable. Resize frame paste as new layer on top on top of mask. Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none. Higlight frame magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by2 resize close up tube paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard drag belwo frame select none. Layer palette change blend mode to soft light. Add tramages tow the line to frame paper fill. Drop shaddow frame. Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer place to bottom of frame drop shaddow. Resize lips cream paste as new layer on top right of frame paper fill add a noise set on50 drop shaddow. Resize rose branch paste as new layer place down left side of frame rotate drop shaddow duplicate image mirror. Resize tag paste as new layer place to bottom under tube drop shaddow add temptress wordart drop shaddow. Add name place just below hand of tube drop shaddow. Add url copywrite and watermark.
