Banner...
File new 650x250 fill with white new layer change foreground
background colours to red and black then change black to gradient
settings style sunburst. H and V on 50. repeat 3. invert gradient unticked.
Fill template with this gradient.
Effects Exero Frittilary settings.10-30-10-0.
Paste tube place to left side of template change blend mode to hardlight
duplicate drag below1st tube showing just half of her face
change blend mode to soft light.
Image add border in black set on2 then again in red and again in black.
File new 700x650 fill with white copy paste your banner as new layer.
Paste main tube on top right of banner with her head above
top of banner drop shaddow use selection tool to cut away
overlapping of your tube outside bottom and side of template.
Add wordart place to top left of banner drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Add name place in center of banner drop shaddow.
Crop delete background layer.
Save as PNG.
Avatar...
File new 150x150 fill with white.
Work as for your banner but on a smaller scale.
Add name rotate to left place down left of avatar.
After adding your 3 borders same as you did your banner
resize all layers 150x150 pixels.
Save as PNG.
