Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

(Easy way to find the elements is to open the files close all

then open up one at a time till you have found all you want to use.)

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable add psp weave effect.

Paste frame2 from 2nd.folder as new layer

magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

fill with paper of choice drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Paste heart trail11 from folder3 as new layer place

to top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rose line1 from folder2 paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Paste tube of choice place to bottom left of frame drp shaddow.

Paste tag6 from,folder1 as new layer place

to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add Valentine wordart on tag rotate drop shaddow.

Paste heart notelet envelope11 as new layer place

to bottom right of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Add nmae on top of envelope drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete background layer.

Save as PNG.
