File new 650x650 fill with white. New layer fill with paper of choice
mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize frame13 paste as new layer on top of mask
magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5
Fill with paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Open close up tube of choice image mirror
Pasteas new layer place to left of frame on top of paper.
Delete on keyboard, change blend mode to soft light.
Select none drop shaddow frame.
Resize paste main tube of choice place to right bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Resize double hearts4 paste as new layer place
to top left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize rose11 paste as new layer place to left of
frame drop shaddow.
resize purse18 paste as new layer place beneath
on top of double hearts drop shaddow.
Resize lipstick16 paste as new layer place to right
beneath on top of purse18 drop shaddow.
Resize wordart paste as new layer place
to bottom of frame.Add url copywrite and watermark.
Preset shapes top colour any colour to stand out on your tag
size 2 ellipse draw ellipse as close to your frame as possible
use deformation tool to adjust and fit new layer
hover your mouse over your ellipse till you get an A with an arc under it
type your name set to floating move your name about
you can adjust it to fit with your deformation tool once happy
where you want your name placed select none delete
the ellipse layer drop shaddow your name.
Resize crop delete background layer.
Save as PNG.
Banner...
File new 650x250 fill with white new layer fill with same paper
as your tag frame fill paste the flowered pattened on top of this.
Use deformation tool to center it.
paste same close up tube you used for your tag place to left side of banner.
copy and paste tube from tag to your banner but resize it to fit
place to the right side of your banner.
Do the same with your tag wordart again resize to fit place to top center..
Paste a rose place beneath 1st letters of wordart drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Add name place to bottom center drop shaddow.
image add border of white size2 then another in red.
Save as PNG.

File new 150by150. Work as for your banner on a smaller scale.
Add your right tube from your banner resize it.
Same borders in white then red.
Add url copywrite and water.
add 1st. letter of your name to top left corner drop shaddow.
Resize 150x150 pixels.
Save as PNG.
