mask select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Paste frame rotate 90 degrees either way.

Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Open ribbons selecytion tool cut around ribbon resize

edit copy paste on top of frame paper fill rotate drop shaddow

selection tool cut away overlapping at both sides of frame.

Open scraps cut round red one edit copy paste

as new layer resize place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Open brads cut round stud edit copy paste as new layer

place on top of scraps drop shaddow duplicate image mirror

duplicate image flip duplicate image mirror.

Resize red bow paste as new layer place to bottom

right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize doodle paste as new layer on top left of mask

drop shaddow duplicate image mirror image flip

place to bottom right of frame.

Add sexy wordart drop shaddow place rotate place down right

top of frame duplicate image mirror image flip

place to bottom left of frame.

Add name i used a paper for the fill drop shaddow

place to bottom left of frame.resize crop.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

delete background layer.

Save as PNG.
