Font of choice i used PR Celtic Narrow.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image.

Select and apply mask merge mask visable

i added psp weave effect to mine.

Resize doodle7 paste as new layer place towards top of mask

drop shaddow duplicate image flip duplicate rotate

90 to right place to left of mask duplicate image mirror

Resize frame3 paste as new layer center of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center 

resize rainbow paste as new layer place to top selections

invert delete on keyboard.

Resize gold couldron paste as new layer drop shaddow

place center bottom delete on keyboard select none

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize flower1 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place to center left on top of frame.

Crop resize all layers.

Add name place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Highlight your flower layer duplicate by 2 name these layers 1.2.and3.

Highlight your gold couldron layer duplicate twice

name these layers 1 2 and 3.

Add tiny stars to each of these 3 layers i added 5 to each.

Highlight 1st. layer of flower use your freehand tool

draw around the center of the flower add bright noise on 30

do the same with your other 2 flower layers change the setting

to 40 on layer 2 and 50 on layer3.Select none.

Close both your 2 and 3 layers on your flowers and gold couldron

Highlight any layer1 edit copy merged paste in animation 

as new image back to psp close both layers1 open both layers2

highlight one of layers2 edit copy merged paste 

in animation after current frame.back to psp close

layers 2 open layers3 highlight one layer 3 Edit copy merged

paste in animation after current frame.

View animation save as.
