Draw an ellipse center of canvas magic wand

click in center fill with paper of choice drag below ellipse

select none drop shaddow ellipse.

Resize pirate ship paste as new layer place

on top of ellipse paper fill drop shaddow.

Preset shapes select x1 width8 black fill red

draw a small x place on ellipse paper fill drop shaddow.

Resize anchor paste as new layer place to bottom right of ellipse drop shaddow.

Resize captains wheel paste as new layer place

bottom left on top of ellipse drop shaddow.

Resize eyepatch image mirror paste as new layer place

on top bottom left of captains wheel drop shaddow.
