Font of choice i used Verdana.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask

Magic wand click in center selections modify by10

past paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer showing only

head and shoulders delete on keyboard select none change blend mode to lumincance.

Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer place

to left side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize roses paste as new layer arrange on top of mask

down both sides and bottom left of frame erase any you do not

want showing drop shaddow.

Resize pin paste as new layer rotate drop shaddow place

on waistband of shorts.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

two to bottom of tubes legs.

Resize diamond heart paste as new layer drop shaddow place

to right side of frame erase chain overlapping frame.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom right of frame i used two colours

from the kit and made a gradient from the darker colour.

Delete background save as PNG.
