File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top center of mask

Magic wand click in center selections exspand by5

paste paper of choice selection invert delete on keyboard

select none drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place bottom left

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize candle element7 paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize cat element2 paste as new layer image mirror

drop shaddow place bottom right of frame.

Resize dragon element2 paste as new layer place

top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place bottom left of tube drop shaddow.

Crop resize all layers delete white background.

Save as PNG.
