Open my template in psp delete credit layer.

Layer15 select all float resize the background that came with tube

paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard

delete original layer.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer

drop shaddow delete on keyboard.

repeat as above on layer9 but image mirror tube.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place bottom right of template drop shaddow.
Animation...
Edit copy merged your finished tag in psp paste as new image
in animation shop duplicate 13 times.
Open missy animation resize a few times till you get size you like
edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of tag
edit select all paste in selected frame place in center of left tubes hand.
Resize missy animation a couple times repeat as above
this time place in center of right tubes hand.
View animation save as.
