Banner...

Open my banner template from my supplies.

Highlight template backing select all float resize tube of choice

place to far left of template drop shaddow, selections invert

delete on keyboard select none.

Resize tube again paste to far right of template

align bottom of tubes legs to bottom inside of frame

drag to top drop shaddow duplicate.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place underneath wordart.

Highlight your left tube colours adjust brightness and contrast

change brightness to 50 and contrast to 1.

edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp highlight your left tube change settings as above

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Change animation properties speed to 20.

view animation save as.

 resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

slightly to the left of template drop shaddow selections invert

delete on keyboard select none.

Add url and copyright.

Add name place in center of template rotate 90% right

move down right side of template save as PNG.
