Open template delete credit layer.

Method for filling layers...

Highlight layer your wanting to fill, selections

select all float new layer fill with colour of choice

delete original layer.

Big circle layer after filing with colour and the ants still

around circle add Mura's Meister clouds on default just

change the colour to your own liking select none

add at random as many tiny stars as you wnat on your tag.

Highlight big circle layer again select all float resize tube of choice

paste as new layer place to top and bottom of layer selections invert

delete on keyboard select none.

Paste tube again drag to top drop shaddow align up

with 1st. tube use selection tool cut off overlapping

 of tube at the bottom.

Rectangle7. rectangle3 and 4 add tramages tow the line

on default setting.

Rectangle 1 and 2 make a gradient of a dark and light colour

then make the darker colour a gradient and fill.

The 3 center circles i added EC gradient glow.

Merge together visable stars 1 and 2 layers.

Paste wordart1 to top of template wordart2 to bottom of template.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Crop work resize by 650 pixel width.

Add name place to left bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Highjlight your merged stars layers, select all float

add Noise set on 80 edit copy merged paste in animation shop

as new image, back to psp undo noise add noise set on 90

edit copymerged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo noise add noise set on 100 edit copy merged

paste after current frame. View animation.

Save as.
